MENT

Not a routine. Not a goal. A way of being in the world — every single day.

The Philosophy

Movement isn't something I fit into the day — it is the day. It clears the mind before the meetings, resets the body after the screen, and reminds me that I am more than what I produce. I run, I climb, I pedal, I breathe with intention. Four disciplines, one belief: the body in motion is the self at its most alive.

Running through the city 01

Running

The city is my track. Early mornings through Central Park, long runs along the East River, and the quiet satisfaction of miles logged before the rest of the world wakes up. Running teaches patience — with pace, with progress, with yourself.

Pilates

Slow, deliberate, and deeply effective. Pilates brought me back to my body after years of sitting at a desk — teaching me how to move from the core, how to hold tension without bracing, how to be precise. It's strength without ego.

Cycling in Central Park 03

Cycling

Cadence and breath, speed and surrender. Whether on a spin bike or through the streets, cycling gives me rhythm. There's something meditative about pushing through resistance — legs burning, pace constant, mind finally quiet.

Bouldering at the climbing gym 04

Climbing

The wall is a problem to solve. Every route is a conversation between grip strength, body positioning, and the ability to stay calm when you're stuck. Climbing shuts off the noise — there is only the next hold, the next move.
