Turning data into decisions

Raw Material Analysis

Tracking global metal prices to time procurement and protect margins.

Why it matters: spotting price swings early on aluminum, copper and steel means buying at the right moment instead of reacting to the invoice.

Financial Reporting System

Real-time revenue, expenses and profit — tracked per quarter and per project.

Impact: a reporting system that consolidates every expense, so profitability is visible at the project level and spending decisions are data-driven.

Warehouse Analytics Dashboard

SAP-fed KPIs on stock value, movement and lead time across two warehouses.

Result: clear visibility into slow-moving inventory and stock value — the basis for cutting carrying costs and freeing up cash.

I use AI — Claude, Cursor, GitHub, ChatGPT — to build things that make my work faster. Instead of waiting on a developer, I prototype, ship, and iterate myself.
